Surrena Taylor

Surrena Taylor has worked in the securities Industry for over 25 years and has a great passion for helping clients and advisors. “No” is not a word in her vocabulary until she has exhausted all options and, no matter the outcome, she has built a friendship along the way. Prior to joining Culov Wealth Management she worked with one firm, HSBC Securities, moving through different roles, from the Front Office to Back Office and lastly, Middle Office where she held the role as Supervisor of the Managed Accounts Desk, building relationships, cultivating procedures, coaching and helping others along the way. If Surrena couldn’t help, she found the right person/team to get it done.

Surrena has worked with a multitude of Financial Advisors over the years and many of those are friendships she carries on to this day. In May 2025, she reached out to one of those friendships and by grace, Culov Wealth Management was beginning a search for an experienced operations and service-focused securities professional, as she was looking for a place that valued the client as their own family. Perfect timing. Things happen for a reason.

Surrena was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She has three biological children, four stepchildren and ten grandchildren. Surrena married her husband Terrence in 2019. Having attended the same high school, Hutchinson Technical High School, although they went their separate ways in life, God had plans to bring them together. Surrena enjoys spending time with family, reading, watching football, traveling, and being active in her church.
