The Investment Banking Analyst Program is a three-year, full-time opportunity.

Role and responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive valuation analyses, including comparable company benchmarking and discounted cash flow modeling, to inform high-stakes decisions.
  • Drive critical insights for equity offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions from concept through execution.
  • Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate strategic financing alternatives and optimize transaction outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research, synthesizing findings into compelling analyses and transaction documentation.
  • Craft executive-level client presentations that translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and breaking industry developments to proactively surface insights that shape client strategy and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
  • 3.5 GPA or higher preferred.
  • Internship experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates must be permanently eligible to work in the United States.
